Heidi Broward has a passion — growing more into all that she can be every day of her life and encouraging
others to do the same.  

Using cutting-edge technologies of personal, organizing, and spiritual development, her passion for going
beyond the preconceived limits of human potential has led her through over 25 years of intense studies.  These
studies include many workshops, seminars and group encounters as well as ongoing formal education.

Completing a two-year study of professional organizing in 2007, Heidi has combined her love for helping
people with her love for organizing by launching the products and services offered here at ShipShape Systems.

Heidi was born and raised in East Africa, the daughter of American missionaries.  She served 8 years in the US
Air Force In Europe.  She has a Master’s Degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma; is a
Certified Sundoor Firewalk Instructor; owned and operated a successful Massage Therapy business for many
years in Half Moon Bay, California; and has journeyed through Corporate America.   Heidi currently lives on San
Juan Island, Washington State, where she's a proud member of the San Juan, WA Chamber of Commerce and
The National Association of Professional Organizers.

Given her background, education and passion, Heidi believes that self-empowerment and true happiness
begin with healing from the inside out! From the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro... ...diving to depths of 160 feet...
piloting planes over Europe...to rebuilding a 50-foot sunken fishing boat with her husband…her life is an
example of her attitude, “Carpe Diem” — Seize The Day!
