| I try to embrace growing more into all that I can be every day of my life and encourage others to do the same. I believe that self-empowerment and contentment begin with healing from the inside out! I was born and raised in East Africa, the daughter of American missionaries. I served 8 years in the US Air Force In Europe where, while serving, I also obained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Human Relations. I am a Certified Sundoor Firewalk Instructor. I owned and operated a successful Massage Therapy business in Half Moon Bay, California. I journeyed for a short time through Corporate America with Oracle Corporation, a computer software company in Redwood Shores, California. My longing for "beingness" beyond the preconceived limits of human potential has led me through 29 years of intense studies of personal and spiritual development. These studies include many workshops; seminars; group encounters; as well as ongoing formal and informal education. I have cherry picked some of my favorite exercises from all these years of experience and provided them here on my website for the benefit of others. I obtained Certification as a GO System Trainer in 2006 and completed a two-year study of Professional Organizing in 2007. I am a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers. I have combined my love for helping people with my skills for organizing by providing some pertinant products and tools here on my website. From climbing Mount Kilimanjaro... ...to scuba diving depths of 100 feet... to piloting planes over Europe…to walking barefoot on 1500 degree coals... I strive to live my life manifesting my favorite saying, “Carpe Diem” — Seize The Day! |
